Payment
- Preferred payment method is PayPal.
- Money orders and personal checks are also accepted. If paying by personal check, merchandise will not ship until funds become available.
Non-US buyers must pay in US Dollars.

Shipping
Shipping method is UPS ground (within the Continental United States).
International are shipped USPS Priority airmail. Insurance is not available on International orders. We are not responsible for anything that happens to your package once it leaves our hands and is transmitted to the US postal service. By ordering from us you acknowledge this, accept full responsibility, and agree not to hold us liable -in any way- for packages sent outside the U.S. which are not delivered, are not delivered in their entirety, are damaged, are held by customs for any reason, or which you are charged additional fees on by your government to receive.
Availability
We try to have everything available to ship your order within 5-10 business days after receipt of order. On occasion, there may be an item temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, you will be notified via e-mail.
Returns
We hope you to be happy with your purchase. We do not intentionally ship out broken or faulty merchandise. Each item in your package is inspected before it gets packed for shipping.
Return policy:
Request return authorization within 3 days of package delivery.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued via email for accepted returns. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of the returned package. Returns without the authorization number will NOT be accepted.
Authorized returns must be received back within 10 days of the date of authorization. After 10 days our return authorization expires.
Do not ship any additional items besides the item authorized back to us.
All items returned must be insured, and should have tracking or delivery confirmation. This is for the customer's protection.
We do not refund shipping in either direction.
Credit is store exchange only.
Returns & exchanges are subject to a fee as follows:
Returns: $15.00 restocking fee
NO cash refunds.
Returned items must be in new condition, (in original packaging). Their original shipping container must be intact, packaged items must be unopened and any return/exchange must be in resellable condition otherwise the return will be refused.
Imperfections in natural materials (wood, stones, metals, etc.) are not valid reasons for return request unless the flaw creates a structural defect and prevents normal use of the item.
Please do not ship items back to us without return authorization. Items sent back without authorization as stated above will result in the return being refused. A note accompanying your return, or an email telling us it's being returned DOES NOT constitute a return authorization.
All sales are final on the following items:
Incense, candles and other consumable items
Custom/specialty orders
Items we do not normally stock but bring in as per special request/order
